O mnie

Jestem Certyfikowaną Nauczycielką Gimnastyki Słowiańskiej w tradycji Białoruskiej, uczennicą Oksany Pawłowskiej. Ale przede wszystkim jestem Kobietą, Żoną i Mamą.

Uwielbiam Siebie i Życie. Rozkoszuję się nim. Uwielbiam być TU i TERAZ, dotykać MATKI ZIEMI, przyglądać się niebu, chmurom, gwiazdom i słońcu. O gimnastyce

Gimnastyka jest praktyką wywodzącą się od naszych Przodkiń Słowianek. Była przekazywana w rodach słowiańskich w linii żeńskiej z pokolenia na pokolenie.

Na system gimnastyki składa się 27 ćwiczeń podzielonych na 3 światy: Javi, Pravi i Navi, czyli Świat Bogów, Ludzi i Przodków, a inaczej nasza nadświadomość, świadomość i podświadomość. Jest to piękna, kobieca gimnastyka w energii żeńskiej, o płynnych zmysłowych ruchach.
